What inspires me as an artist

As an artist, I strive to complement people’s lives through original ideas, concepts and thought process represented as original art experiences. I want viewers to experience my work in different ways most people do. The multi-linear work is complex in all intricacies it is executed with. What inspires me these days is fruit, I look in detail to the form and shape of the fruit I split before eating and my ideas come to life this way, through observation and imagination.

The kind of work that I do is versatile in form, allowing it to be seen in any way the viewer wants to experience it. My work can be seen in 4 different directions, upright, upside down (portrait orientation), or also sideways in either direction; to the left or to the right (landscape orientation). My tip for this, is to try it out and see for yourself what view you like best. The interesting thing is that you can flip the piece(s) here and there providing different experiences for yourself and your guest and that is the beauty of my art. This particular collection represents migration and the type of journeys human beings are experiencing these days.
